The Brief
Day 1–2
what happens
Once we're aligned, we send you our brand questionnaire. This covers your business, your clients, your aesthetic, your goals. The more detail you give us, the better the work will be.

The Mood Board
Day 2–3
what happens
Before we touch a single color or font, we build a mood board and walk you through it on a call. This is where we align on the visual direction - the feeling, the palette, the world your brand will live in.

Creation
Days 3–10
what happens
We get to work. Depending on your package this could be your brand identity, your social setup, your website, or all three. We keep you informed throughout - no radio silence, no surprises.

Revisions
Days 10–14
what happens
We present the work and you give us feedback. Revisions can happen in writing or on a call - whichever is clearest for you. We stay in it until it's exactly right.

Delivery
Final day
what happens
Everything handed over beautifully. You'll receive all files in the formats you need - Figma, PDF, Canva, a live website, whatever applies to your project. We also record a walkthrough video so you know exactly how to use everything.

It depends on the package. Branding takes 7-10 days, social setup 5-7 days, websites 10-14 days. We'll agree on a clear timeline before we start.
Not at all. We work with clients worldwide. Everything runs smoothly over email, WhatsApp, and video calls.
That's completely fine - it's one of the most common situations. Fill in the contact form, tell us where you are and what you're trying to achieve, and we'll figure it out together.
Every package includes at least 2 rounds of revisions. Feedback can be shared in writing or on a call - whichever works best for you.
We work on a 30/70 basis. A 30% deposit is required to secure your project start date, with the remaining 70% due on final delivery.
We'll send you a brand questionnaire to fill in, and ask for any existing photos, inspiration references, and a short brief about your business. We'll then align on a mood board together on a call before any creative work begins.
